Welcome to the Standing Rock Public Sex Offender Registry (SRPSOR) Website. This Website is established by the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and shall be maintained by
the Tribal Court pursuant to Title IV Chapter 16, Sex Offender Registration and Notification Requirements, Section 4-1603 Section (B). The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe’s intent is to implement the federal Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) (Title 1 of the Adam Walsh Act Public Law 109-248). Access to this system is restricted to the jurisdictional agencies responsible for the management and registration of sex offenders.
There may be sex offenders who are not listed on this site who nevertheless live on the lands of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. Please go to the North & South Dakota Registry Websites and the National Sex Offender Public Website to access the most complete information available.
